What transformation or result do clients experience when working with you?

Clients who work with me experience a smooth. well-guided process backed by expert negotiation, strategic marketing, and clear communication at every step. The result is stronger offers, less stress, and confident decisions-plus a trusted real estate partner they know will stand with them long after the closing

What led you into this work?

My husband Fain is a contractor. I was a stay at domestic engineer with 2 young, active boys. We were quickly outgrowing our home. I needed to get back work (to build a larger home) and didn't want to go back to the corporate world, leaving my boys. Fain convinced me to get my real estate license. Soon after I did, I realized it was the perfect career for me, giving me the ability to help people make the biggest financial of their lives while giving me the flexibility to be able to be home when my boys got home from school.

Share a defining moment in your career that shaped how you lead today.

One defining moment in my career was helping a young couple buy their very first home during the recession. We searched for months trying to find something in their budget, and when we finally did, it felt like every hurdle possible showed up — tough financing, a short sale, repairs the sellers couldn’t afford — and all the while, their lease was ending and she was pregnant with two little ones at home. The stakes were very real. That experience really shaped me. It reminded me that people truly do need an expert in their corner to navigate and negotiate for them. We rolled up our sleeves, got creative, and made it to the closing table. I was so excited and really felt a since of pride handing them the keys to that home. I was so proud of THEM for hanging in there and trusting me to get it done. To this day they still send me referrals, and I’ve now helped all three of their children buy homes. This isn’t about transactions for me. It’s about changing lives, for generations and I wanted to do it over and over again.

What impact are you most proud of making?

My Advocacy work with Florida Realtors is deeply personal to me because private property rights are the foundation of the American dream. I'm grateful every day for the clients who trust me, and I see my role not just as helping families buy and sell homes, but as protection homeownership opportunities for generations to come.

What message would you share with other women stepping into leadership?

My message to women stepping into leadership is simple: Don't wait until you feel 100% ready. Step-up anyway. Growth happens when you stretch yourself not when you stay comfortable. There are many moments in my own journey where I had to raise my hand. Trust my experience and walk through the doors that felt big at that time. Also lead in a way that is true to who you are you don't have to lead like anyone else to be affected when you combine preparation, integrity and genuine care for people your voice will naturally carry influence. There is absolutely room at the table and in many cases that table needs you.

Three words that define you as a leader:

I strive to lead with authenticity, compassion and resilience

What do you want to be remembered for?

I hope I’m remembered as someone who truly cared for families and my community- who fought hard for my customers, stood up for property rights, and helped open doors to homeownership and leadership for the people coming behind me.
