I was led to my career because I’m passionate about lifting others. I’m driven by the belief that when you develop people, you transform organization; and ultimately, you strengthen entire communities. HR became the platform where I could make a significant impact and serve both organizations and communities through leadership development.
During a challenging organizational transformation early in my career, I had to make tough people decisions while still advocating for fairness, transparency, and dignity. Standing firm in my values shaped the kind of leader I am today. One who leads with both strength and compassion.
I’m most proud of the impact I’ve made in developing leaders at every level. Watching people grow into their confidence, step into bigger roles, and realize potential they didn’t know they had. Knowing I’ve helped shape careers and change lives is the greatest reward.
